Flat located on the third floor of a building without lift, consists of:
Entrance to sleeping area, where we find the large double bedroom, with small wardrobe, stylish double bed, mosaic bathroom with shower in niche, various amenities and hairdryer.
A brick staircase leads to the tower, where we find a large space of about 50 sq. m., with 6 large windows, from which one can appreciate the enchanting views, consisting of the living room with flat-screen TV, a custom-made sofa, a large kitchen and the dining area. The tower allows one to admire all the towers of the city: Prendiparte(59,5 m) - Azzoguidi (61 m) - Asinelli (97,2 m) - Garisenda(47,5 m) - tower - Campanile di S. Pietro - Torre Scappi (39 m).
The fully equipped kitchen offers an electric oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, moka coffee maker, gas cooker, fridge and freezer and all the utensils necessary for preparing meals.
Air conditioning, independent heating, unlimited wifi.
Access for guests by self check-in, from 3 p.m. via telephone with wi-fi internet connection, (downloading the Vikey application), while check-out is by 10 a.m.
